Leasing Agent

Minimum Requirements

- Must have active California Real Estate License
- Must have minimum of three years of experience in real estate
   industry, including, but not limited to Title Company, Escrow
   Company, and Real Estate Brokerage Company.
- Must have at least three years of sales experience
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish or Chinese, Mandarin)
- Must be sales oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- A positive, professional, and calm demeanor
- Able to multi-task and handle work interruptions
- Strong communication and writing skills, especially as it relates
   to email communication
- Commitment to honesty, confidentiality and integrity 100% of
   the time
- Must possess a driver’s license and the ability to operate a
   motor vehicle. Ability to travel to other company
   locations/properties.
